Caterina joined Quant in 2025 and leads global marketing, communications and brand. She is responsible for positioning Quant as the institutional infrastructure provider of choice, overseeing go-to-market strategy, PR, digital, content and creative. She has over a decade of experience in fintech, having led marketing and brand strategy across growth-stage scale-ups and regulated data businesses. Before Quant, she led the end-to-end rebrand and repositioning of Atto (formerly trading as DirectID), helping transform the business from a data provider into a platform brand recognised in the open banking industry. She helped secure industry recognition and drive sales engagement through clear positioning, strategic campaigns and investor-level storytelling.
Before Atto, she worked at Creditinfo Group, where she led marketing across 33 markets and oversaw corporate communications, media relations and crisis management. She played a key role in the strategic launch of new credit bureaus in emerging markets. She began her fintech journey at Coremetrix, a Creditinfo startup pioneering the use of psychometric data in credit risk assessment. She holds a Mini MBA in Brand Management and combines deep sector knowledge with a creative, insight-led approach to storytelling. At Quant, she is focused on shaping the future of finance by building trust, visibility and adoption across regulated ecosystems. Her leadership blends hands-on execution with long-term brand vision, helping companies navigate change and scale with confidence.
