Kirat joined Quant in 2023 with more than 15 years of experience in consulting, financial services and technology spanning Finastra, Santander UK, Accenture, Citibank, and Google. As Head of Sales at Quant, she leads a team of AEs to drive revenue growth and market expansion through innovative payment solutions tailored to industry challenges.
Before this, she set up and managed a $30m Automation-as-a-Service business for Finastra, driving sales, partner engagement, go-to-market strategies and operations. At Santander UK, Kirat was responsible for product strategy, programme management and compliance initiatives. At Accenture, she spearheaded projects on market entry strategies and process re-engineering for large commercial banks in the UK, optimising client journeys and operational efficiency. Kirat has proven expertise in P&L management, digital transformation, and financial services innovation, with a passion for automation, business growth, and strategic execution.
