Phil joined Quant in 2022. He is responsible for the company human resources, employer branding and talent strategy.
Phil has nearly 30 years HR experience, having worked in several international HR leadership positions, across a number of fast-paced industries including retail, telecoms, HR consulting and for the last 15 years, within pharmaceuticals.
In Phil’s last international role, he was responsible for providing HR leadership and support, across multiple international markets and as such, his former employer supported his relocation to the EU, to enable Phil to maintain the high level of contact time across the multiple EU and international markets within his portfolio.
