Thank you for helping us protect Quant’s trademarks and other brand assets

These Trademark and Brand Guidelines (“Guidelines”) aim to help clarify proper usage of Quant’s brand assets and set out how you can help us protect them.

Quant’s brand assets—including Quant Trademarks, logos, icons, illustrations, videos, designs, names of Quant software, products, services, and any other brand features and elements, whether registered or unregistered (“Brand Assets”)—are proprietary assets owned exclusively by Quant and its group companies.

These Guidelines set out how our Brand Assets should be used under specific circumstances. Most uses of our Brand Assets whether for commercial or personal purposes require a licence first. Unless you have an express licence from Quant, these Guidelines will exclusively govern your use of our Brand Assets.

Examples of Brand Assets requiring a licence from Quant
